Day 36 - Rollercoaster

Kaden went on his first rollercoaster today! He has been waiting to go on Goofy's Sky School at DCA and today he was finally tall enough (42 inches). Poor kid had no idea what he was getting into.
He said he liked it, but when I asked him if he wanted to go on it again he quickly said no! I asked him if he wanted to go on it next time we are there and he told me that it was going to be broken. LOL, I don't think we are going to get him on any new rides for a while. It was hard to get a picture because of the trees and the angle, but here they are. Look how tiny he looks in there.

Day 35 - Making Shirts

Kaden has pink day at school this month. I was having trouble finding him a pink shirt, so I thought I would make one for him to wear. I bought a black shirt and designed a pink tie with a skull on it (you know to keep it manly), printed it on an iron on transfer sheet and went to town. I asked him to model the shirt and this is what I got. Boys.....

We made another shirt too, this one was from a kit that I found at Target. It came with a body and then a bunch of other things to make your own Monster Pirate. Kaden had a blast making this one, he designed it himself!! You can tell he likes this one better by the poses I got when I asked him to model it.

Day 33 - Baking

Kaden and I made cupcakes when we got home Thursday. He loves to bake and help in the kitchen anyway he can. We made 100 cal chocolate cupcakes and used marshmallow fluff for the frosting. They were pretty yummy!! Kaden really enjoyed the batter, good thing it was egg free!

Day 32 - Fail

I have decided that I suck at this photo a day thing. Day 32 is the 2nd day that I forgot to take a picture, I also forgot to take one for day 34. Sigh...
Things have been crazy at work and I am just fried by the time I get home. I am going to continue to try to take pictures and post on a regular basis, but I can't guarantee it will be everyday.

Day 31 - Homework

Kaden's class is in charge of the bulletin board at school for February. They sent each kid in the class home with a heart (the shape of the month) to decorate. They could paint it, color it, put stickers on it, ect. We thought we would do something different, so we marble painted it. It turned out really cute! After it dried he added some heart stickers.
